Jackie joined North Shore Medical Associates in November 2024, serving in a dual role as A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT),as well working the front desk. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care by assisting with clinical procedures, collecting blood specimens, and supporting the daily operations of both the clinical and front office teams.
